Role Description

As a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend), you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex user-facing features and ensuring seamless performance across multiple platforms and devices. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver scalable, high-quality applications that meet both technical and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize large-scale web applications using React.js.Lead frontend architectural discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features from concept to production.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth rendering.Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development.Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and compliance with industry standards.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js. • Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel). • Solid understanding of responsive design, browser compatibility, and web performance optimization. • Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, Cypress). • Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL. • Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Typescript or other strongly typed languages. • Familiarity with frontend development for mobile or hybrid applications. • Prior experience working in an Agile environment.
