Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Wordpress Developer. The Wordpress Developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, responsive web design, and web design. The Wordpress Developer will be required to work on a variety of web development projects under the guidance of a Senior Developer and will gain exposure to industry best practices and techniques.

Qualifications

Experience in Back-End and Front-End Web DevelopmentProficiency in Responsive Web Design and Web Design skillsKnowledge of Wordpress development, theme building, plugin developmentExperience with Git and version controlFamiliarity with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and JSONExperience with PHP and MySQLExperience with web hosting and server administration toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
