Role Overview:We’re seeking a Web Developer Intern to design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications at HacktivSpace. This role demands proficiency in web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular. The intern will collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:1. Front-End Development: Develop and maintain user-facing web features with clean, efficient, and reusable code. Tech Stack: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular.

2. Back-End Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between the frontend and backend systems. Tech Stack: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs.

3. Responsive Design & Optimisation: Ensure that web applications are fully responsive across all devices and optimised for performance and speed. Tech Stack: CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind, Webpack.

4. Testing and Debugging: Identify and fix bugs in the application. Conduct cross-browser compatibility testing and ensure consistent behaviour across platforms. Tech Stack: Chrome DevTools, Jest, Cypress.

5. Version Control and Collaboration: Use version control tools to track code changes and collaborate with the team effectively in an agile environment. Tech Stack: Git, GitHub, GitLab.

6. Continuous Learning & Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest web technologies and best practices to continuously improve development skills. Tech Stack: Web development blogs, tutorials, and open-source contributions.

Qualifications:- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React/Angular.- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end integration principles.- Experience with responsive design and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind).- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
