Salesforce Architect / Developer

As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will work with iLabs’ highly qualified Salesforce Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions that utilize Salesforce platform best practices. We leverage SAFe Agile methodology to iteratively develop and test Salesforce solutions. As a Senior Developer, you will lead integrations using Web Services and APIs and lead data migration efforts from legacy applications. You will be responsible for Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, Visualforce pages and Lightning components. Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests. Working with and supervising & assisting junior team members, to scope and implement complex business solutions. Follow coding standards and participate in architect code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.

The candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of demonstrated strong experience inSalesforce developing applications or solutions using the following:o Salesforce Apex,o at4dx framework,o Java based frameworks (i.e., Spring, Struts, React, Angular, Lightning WebComponents)o XML,o JSON,o relational databases (Oracle, SQL).o In addition, demonstrated experience in release management functions to includeContinuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline tools such as Jira,BitBucket, Bamboo, GitHub, Confluence, Jenkins, DevHub or others.o Experience in MuleSoft integration with Salesforce.

Responsibilities:The candidate will perform the following and is not limited to the following duties:

 Leading Agile projects that deliver technical designs, deployable increments,maintenance releases for Salesforce based Cloud applications critical to MRP missionprogram. Working directly with Systems Analysis staff to assist in translating businessrequirements into sound technical designs and lead the development effort. Providing technical expertise and development services to assist in the ongoingOperations and Maintenance for the client system which is live in production. Assist in the testing of updates and enhancements to ensure qualityassurance meets client standards and policies for releasemanagement. Mentor existing federal staff on Salesforce expertise and integrationexpertise. This should include direction as to Salesforce bestpractices in Salesforce development, the use of available tools andtechniques used in integration with MuleSoft, DocuSign, and otheravailable technologies.

Senior level Salesforce architect and developer certifications is a must.
