Your Day to DayAs a Staff Android Developer, you would be working onDesign, develop, maintain, and deploy world-class functionality for Android mobile applications with a high degree of autonomy.Alongside your mobile app development team, lead the design of major components and features, investigate technical feasibility and suggest implementation options.Work closely with key stakeholders such as Product Managers, UX Designers and Quality EngineersWrite clean, efficient, well-documented code to implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Safely refactor legacy code when necessary.

What We’re Looking ForAs a Staff Android Developer your background will look likeBachelor’s degree in computer science or related engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience7+ years of engineering experience in the software industry5+ years of experience with Native Android developmentA strong understanding of mobile application architectureExpert level knowledge of Java, Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, Gradle, and DaggerGood English communication with desire to learn, Strong analytical and debugging skillsDesire to mentor and grow other engineers through code reviews, design reviews, and over-the-shoulder debugging.
