Position: Senior Ruby on Rails Developer Location: Dubai Salary: 30k - 35k AED per month (€7k - €9k)

Key Responsibilities:Architect and develop new features and enhancements.Design scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions.Review and refine the test architecture, providing improvement recommendations.Mentor junior developers in making well-balanced technical decisions.Take ownership of specific system areas and domains over time.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills to evaluate system architecture and identify areas for improvement.Approximately 7 years of experience with Ruby/Ruby on Rails, along with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.Confidence to experiment and find optimal solutions.Excellent communication skills for documentation, team guidance, and training.Persistence in following and enforcing best practices.
