OverviewThe Application Programmer/Developer will collaborate with Business Analysts (Marketing and Graphic Design personnel), the Application Architect, and other team members to develop secure, user-friendly, and mobile-friendly customer interfaces that meet all functional requirements.

Scope of ServicesThe scope of services includes writing code and creating secure enterprise-level websites that meet industry standards. The website must be transitioned from the .Net domain. The developer will ensure that the websites are mobile-friendly and comply with accessibility and usability guidelines.

Mandatory Expertise/Experience:1. Secure Website Design - At least 15 combined years of experience/expertise in designing secure, enterprise-level websites that meet industry standards.2. Enterprise-Level Web Development - A minimum of 5-10 years of experience developing enterprise websites using the recommended web development platform.3. Project Success - The position/team must provide at least one example of a successful project completed using the recommended web development platform.4. ADA Compliance - At least 1 year of experience designing websites that meet the ADA requirements listed at ada.gov, without the use of add-on tools.5. Branding/Rebranding - A minimum of 5 years of combined experience in enterprise-level website branding or rebranding.6. Mobile-Friendly Development - At least one year of experience developing websites that are mobile-friendly.

Desirable Expertise/Experience:1. Plain Language Compliance - At least 1 year of experience designing websites and documents that comply with the Plain Language requirements listed at plainlanguage.gov.2. Code Repositories and Change Management - At least 1 year of experience with code repositories and change management solutions.3. APIs and Web Services - At least 1 year of experience writing interfaces using APIs and Web Services.4. Large Content Management Solutions - At least 1 year of experience working with large Content Management solutions composed of at least 100 web pages.
