What We’re Looking For:2+ years of hands-on experience with React and React Native. You’ve shipped things before.You understand state management like Redux without needing to look it up every five minutes.You’ve deployed a frontend app (or three) - and you’re comfortable doing it again.Fluent English. Not just writing - speaking too. We need to talk, not decode.Someone who’s ready to grow into a long-term role, not just another project.
