Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze BI requirementsDesign, develop, and maintain scalable BI reports and dashboardsImplement and refine governance models for effective BI analytics managementOptimize and enhance data warehouses to support reporting needsIntegrate new data sources and datasets into the existing BI frameworkCreate technical documentation and maintain stringent quality control on all deliverablesTrain and mentor junior developers in BI development best practicesStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in business intelligenceContinuously evaluate and refine existing BI systems to improve performance and functionalityLead and contribute to the overall BI strategy and roadmap

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum 8-10 years of professional experience as a BI developer or a similar roleProficiency in Tableau Development and AdministrationBackground in data warehouse modelingExpertise in SQL with the ability to independently mine data and create visualizationsKnowledge of ETL processes, OLAP, and data cubesCompetency in BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or similarUnderstanding of daa integration techniques and tools like SSIS, InformaticaStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration capabilitiesFluent English skills at a B2+ level
