Job OverviewWe seek a Senior Fullstack Developer with a strong background in Ruby on Rails and modern frontend technologies. You will be working with a distributed team, driving the development of robust web applications that serve users worldwide. This role requires hands-on experience, technical expertise, and a problem-solving mindset.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails and React.Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for both backend (API development, business logic) and frontend (UI/UX).Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues across the entire stack.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.

Requirements5+ years of experience in web application development.Proven expertise in Ruby on Rails and frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Solid experience with SQL databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.Familiarity with modern build pipelines and deployment tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).Experience in building scalable products, ideally for US-based companies.High proficiency in English anh Vietnamese for technical discussions.Stable career history, no job-hopping, and prior experience in product-based environments.Candidates with a background in Japan-based companies or projects may not be a cultural fit.
