We are looking for skilled Salesforce resources with expertise in Sales, Marketing, Commerce, or Marketing Cloud, at various experience levels ranging from Junior Developer to Architect. You will work on the development, customization, and implementation of next-generation Salesforce solutions, partnering with top industry players to drive business transformation.Key Responsibilities:Lead Development and Implementation: Contribute to the design, development, and rollout of Salesforce-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Leverage Salesforce Technologies: Work with Salesforce technologies, including Lightning, Einstein, and other AI-driven tools, to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.Expand Your Expertise: Build new skills and deepen your Salesforce expertise through ongoing learning and hands-on work with new tools.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, and IT to drive end-to-end implementation and business transformation projects.Solution Optimization: Recommend and execute optimizations for Salesforce deployments, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.Roles and Responsibilities:Common Expectations:Salesforce Implementation: Engage in new implementations, administration, configuration, and customization of Salesforce platforms.Functional & Technical Expertise: Provide input on both functional and technical aspects of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.Customization and Integration: Develop custom solutions and integrations with third-party systems and products.Data Modeling: Design and implement data models for seamless integration with external systems such as ERP, logistics, payment providers, and content management systems (CMS).Architectural Design: Employ best practices for architectural design, using tools such as Visualforce, CMS Connect, or templates.Programming Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and cloud deployment, particularly SaaS-based servers.Performance & Quality: Design and build high-performance, reusable, and scalable solutions, ensuring code quality and alignment with requirements.Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify bugs and resolve issues through testing and debugging processes.Required Qualifications:Experience: Proficiency in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM systems, including data modeling and system integration.Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and deliver quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications: Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, Architect) are highly desirable.ERP & Integration Experience: Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with external systems such as ERP, payment gateways, and logistics systems.AI & Data Analytics: Exposure to AI tools such as Salesforce Einstein is an advantage.Benefits:Competitive salary and bonus structure.Opportunity for career growth and leadership roles.Exposure to cutting-edge Salesforce tools and technologies.Flexible work environment and remote options available.
