Intern - Product Development (Associate Software Developer)

Roles & Responsibilities.:

1. Maintain and improve the performance of existing software 2. Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues 3. Design and update software database 4. Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization 5. Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary 6. Work closely with project managers, UX designers, other developers, systems analysts, graphic artists, and sales and marketing professionals 7. Write and test code to ensure compatibility and stability: refine and rewrite as necessary 8. Create clear technical specifications 9. Expand existing software to meet the changing needs of our key demographics 10. Create innovative, scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions for our clients and customer base 11. Analyze user requirements 112. Develop and implement new software program 13. Assisting in the creation of technical documentation 14. Attending team meetings and contributing to project planning and status updates 15. Implementing new features and functionality according to project requirements 16. Assisting in the estimation and planning of development tasks 17. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies 18. Seeking feedback from peers and mentors to improve skills

Requirements.:

1.B. Tech/BE (CS/IT) - 2024/25 passing out 2.Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript) 3.Understanding of databases and SQL 4.Familiarity with development frameworks and libraries 5.Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) 6.Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues 7.Strong logical thinking and analytical skills 8.Capacity to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
