My client has an opening for a Senior Python Developer to work on their next generation of their SAAS enterprise software. We’re looking for people that are excited to help build an infrastructure that translates into a positive experience for customers of any size.

The person will be expected to perform and have a positive impact on a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to:Provide subject matter expertise in terms of Python best coding practices and optimisationContribute new features to our Python based web scraping and Data processing scriptsEnsure data collection is complete and accurate at all timesEnsure failures are minimised and corrected efficiently and timelyWork with global based team and comfortable with slack, zoom pair programming remotely

Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and maintain Python applications and services.Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and develop solutions.Design scalable and secure backend services and APIs.Refactor and optimize existing code for performance and reliability.Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.Develop automated tests and tools for code quality.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements:5+ years of professional Python development experience.Expertise in Python and web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).Experience with RESTful API design and databases (SQL and NoSQL).Proficiency in Git, Agile methodologies, and unit testing.Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).Familiarity with data analysis libraries and machine learning frameworks.
