Description

SAIC has an opening for a ServiceNow Developer to help support the RITS Program.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assist in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and modules, including custom scripts, workflows, and integrations. Provide support and help resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. Ensure ongoing maintenance and optimal system performance. Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Contribute to translating these requirements into technical solutions. Support the development and management of business rules to automate processes and maintain system integrity. Assist in designing and implementing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, facilitating smooth data exchange between ServiceNow and other systems Help build and maintain custom ServiceNow applications to address specific business needs, ensuring functionality and performance.

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree and 14 years experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of experience Experience as a ServiceNow Engineer. Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, BMC Discovery, or similar discovery tool is highly preferred . Expertise with Windows and Linux based Operating Systems.

Desired Experience, Skills, & Attributes

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. Certification Implementation Specialist in: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management or Cloud Provisioning and Governance.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
