We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Java Developer (AWS) to join our team. As a Lead Java Developer with expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing high-quality software solutions. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure applications, leveraging microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

Design and develop high-quality software solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performanceCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable applicationsLeverage microservices architecture and RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend systemsLead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaborationEnsure adherence to best practices and coding standards for high-quality software developmentContribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and practicesParticipate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code qualityStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating relevant updates into the development processDrive effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Java Developer, with a strong proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS)Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservice architecture pattern for backend developmentSolid understanding and hands-on experience in PostgreSQL database design and developmentProven track record in designing and implementing RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend systemsProficiency in CSS for frontend development, ensuring user-friendly and visually appealing interfacesExperience in CI/CD pipelines, automating build, test, and deployment processesStrong knowledge and practical experience in cloud-based infrastructure and services on AWSAbility to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaborationFluency in written and spoken English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
