NetSuite Developer

Position Overview:We are seeking a talented NetSuite Developer to join our client's dynamic team in an enterprise-level software company that manages inventory operations. As a NetSuite Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our ERP system, integrating it with various platforms, and supporting our business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT to ensure that our NetSuite implementation is aligned with business needs, scalable, and optimized for efficiency.This role requires deep technical expertise in NetSuite development, especially with scripting, workflows, and customizations, as well as experience in managing and improving inventory management modules.

Key Responsibilities:NetSuite Customization & Development:Design, develop, and implement customizations, scripts (SuiteScript), workflows, and integrations in NetSuite to support business functions such as financials, inventory, and sales operations.Optimize existing configurations and workflows to enhance system efficiency and user experience.Integration & Automation:Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business systems (CRM, e-commerce platforms, third-party logistics systems).Develop and implement automated processes to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency across the organization.System Maintenance & Troubleshooting:Provide ongoing technical support for NetSuite users, diagnosing and resolving issues related to system functionality, data accuracy, and performance.Ensure system performance and stability through regular updates, patch management, and debugging.Inventory & Supply Chain Support:Support the design and customization of inventory management processes, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, demand forecasting, and order management.Develop real-time dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics related to inventory control, product movements, and supply chain performance.Collaboration & Documentation:Work closely with internal teams (finance, sales, inventory, operations) to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Document development processes, solutions, and user guides to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and system sustainability.
