About the Role:

Our client, one of the world’s largest and most global platforms for on-demand production and fulfillment of customized products, is looking for an experienced PHP Developer with expertise in Symfony. This is a fully remote opportunity to join a highly innovative and fast-paced team, working on cutting-edge projects that shape the future of customizable product platforms. You'll be working with microservices and Postgres, with opportunities to contribute to a wide variety of backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, API-driven solutions using PHP and Symfony.Build and optimize microservices architecture to ensure smooth and efficient product fulfillment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier solutions for on-demand product customization.Leverage Postgres to ensure data integrity and reliability within the platform.Implement solutions to enhance the platform using tools like Elastic Search, RabbitMQ, Memcache, Redis, ELK, Jaeger, Prometheus, and Grafana (nice to have).Continuously improve and streamline the backend architecture, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in PHP development, with a strong focus on Symfony.Solid experience working with microservices and API-driven architecture.Strong proficiency in Postgres for database management.Bonus skills: Familiarity with tools like Elastic Search, RabbitMQ, Memcache, Redis, ELK, Jaeger, Prometheus, and Grafana.Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being a strong team player.
