Key Responsibilities

Review AI-generated code and ensure it adheres to best practices and quality standards. Organize and manage the development cycle, set project goals, and prioritize tasks. Use expertise in Go programming to address complex coding issues related to AI validation. Foster a collaborative team environment that supports innovation and continuous improvement. Conduct validation checks to verify the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of AI-generated code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI system capabilities and integrate them with other components. Provide constructive feedback on team members' code to ensure high-quality software development.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, with a focus on backend development. Proven leadership abilities, with experience overseeing a team of software engineers. Deep knowledge of the Go programming language and software development best practices. Familiarity with AI systems and code-creation technologies is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities. Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
