No fluff, just solid code.Use RESTful APIs or GraphQL like you've done it a thousand times.Push your work live - you'll be responsible for deploying backend systems. We trust you to get it done.Communicate - fluently in English. If you're not comfortable explaining your thoughts clearly, this won’t be a fit. Communication is key, and we mean it.

What We’re Looking For:2+ years of hands-on experience with Django. You’ve shipped things before.You understand RESTful APIs, databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), and can handle them without needing to look it up every five minutes.You’ve deployed backend apps (or three) - and you’re comfortable doing it again.Fluent English. Not just writing - speaking too. We need to talk, not decode.Someone who’s ready to grow into a long-term role, not just another project.Someone with knowledge in AWS
