Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on technologist to lead the development of our next-generation eCommerce platform built on Salesforce Experience Cloud. This role goes beyond development; you will shape solutions, drive architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable and secure systems. Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with product teams to define solutions that meet business needs.Design, develop, and deploy solutions within an Agile/Scrum framework.Balance declarative and programmatic approaches, ensuring secure and stable solutions.Assess complex business and technical requirements, communicating security risks and solutions to stakeholders.Conduct code and technical design reviews to maintain high-quality standards and best practices.Manage bi-weekly releases, including CI/CD processes to test, validate, and implement new features and updates.Establish best practices in integration, application development, testing, and deployment.Contribute to a positive, challenging, and enjoyable team culture.

Job Requirements

Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)5+ years of experience as developer, including at least 3 years with Salesforce.Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)Minimum 5 years working in a developer capacity – at least 3 with SalesforceBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.2+ years’ experience with the Salesforce Lightning framework.Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS).Experience with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles, along with source control management.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Jira and Confluence.Proficient in Visualforce, APEX, Force.com APIs, Web Services, and Salesforce Experience Builder.Competence in front-end and back-end technologies like HTML, XML, jQuery, C++, Python, and Java is advantageous.Strong communication skills, capable of addressing both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

Experience in AWS environments is a significant plus.Hands-on experience with Java development.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
