Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and making a real difference. You will work closely with our CTO to maintain, optimize, and enhance the stability and performance of Ciento. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of critical technical aspects of a growing platform and contribute significantly to its success.

Compensation: Competitive salary + potential equity (1%-3%) after 3 months of successful collaboration and successful launch

Key Responsibilities -Platform Stability and MaintenanceIdentify, diagnose, and resolve complex bugs and issues in a timely manner.Optimize existing codebase for performance, scalability, and maintainability.Reduce bug fix cycle time by implementing efficient debugging and resolution processes.

Automated Testing and DeploymentImplement and maintain automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, end-to-end) for critical platform features.Set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment to Google Cloud and Vercel environments.

Technical Debt ReductionAnalyze the codebase to identify areas of technical debt.Refactor and optimize code to improve system performance and reduce future maintenance overhead.

Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with the CTO to streamline processes and improve communication flow.Document critical processes, coding standards, and deployment procedures.

Strategic Contribution• Participate in architectural decisions to improve platform stability and scalability.• Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and implement solutions.

QualificationsTechnical SkillsExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.Backend: Strong experience with Python and Django framework.Frontend: Proficient with React and Next.js.DevOps: Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, Vercel, and CI/CD pipelines.Testing: Experience implementing automated testing frameworks.Database Management: Knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar databases.

Soft SkillsProblem-SolvingExceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex technical issues.Ability to think strategically about system improvements and anticipate future challenges.

CommunicationExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
