Full-time WordPress Developer with Project Management Skills

We are seeking an experienced WordPress developer who can take ownership of technical tasks and also manage project-related responsibilities. This is a full-time position, perfect for someone who wants to grow with our team. If you are a developer who can build efficient websites and manage communication with clients, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:Develop, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites.Customize themes and plugins, and create custom solutions tailored to client needs.Work directly with clients: clarify requirements, manage expectations, and provide technical guidance.Translate client requests into clear tasks for the development team.Ensure project timelines are met by monitoring progress with project management tools.Create and review technical documentation and conduct testing to ensure quality.

Job Requirements:Proven experience in WordPress development (custom theme creation, plugin customization, integrations).Knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.Experience with version control systems (Git).Project management skills: ability to create tasks, track progress, and communicate effectively with clients and teams.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira).Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.High proficiency in English and Hebrew.Important: This is a full-time, in-house position. We are not seeking freelancers.
