Task range:

creating modern applicationswork in pull request and code review mode,lead the design, development, and maintenance of Ruby on Rails applicationsprovide technical leadership and mentorship to the development teamcollaborate with clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates

Requirements:

7 years experience with Ruby on Railsstrong knowledge of RESTful APIs and databases (SQL/NoSQL).familiarity with TDD/BDD, Agile methodologies, and clean architectureexcellent communication skills and experience in direct client engagementstrong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and guide team membersproactivity - we want you to actively participate in the development of the project, this is our key to successful cooperation both inside Flyps as well as with clientsgood general technical background knowledge of English - at least a communicative levelteam playerwillingness to work later hours

Nice to have: experience with LLMsexperience in team leadership or technical lead roles
