Front End Developer - Internship(Unpaid)

Role Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Volunteer Intern(Unpaid) - Front End Developer with a minimum 2 years of real-time experience in front-end development. This position is ideal for someone who has a foundational understanding of front-end technologies and is looking to further enhance their skills by working on real-world projects. As part of our team, you will contribute to the development and optimization of user interfaces while gaining deeper insights into industry best practices and advanced development techniques.

Key Responsibilities:UI/UX Development:Develop and maintain user-facing features using JavaScript and React.js, applying your experience to create responsive and efficient interfaces.Work closely with designers to translate design specifications into functional and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.

Learning and Development:Expand your knowledge and skills by working on complex, real-world projects under the mentorship of experienced developers.Engage in code reviews, team discussions, and collaborative problem-solving to enhance your technical proficiency.

Collaboration:Integrate front-end components with back-end services, leveraging your existing experience to ensure smooth and efficient data flow.Contribute ideas and solutions in team meetings, drawing on your practical experience to improve project outcomes.

Optimization:Assist in optimizing web applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability, applying best practices you’ve acquired through your experience.Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, using your problem-solving skills to identify and fix bugs.Version Control and Documentation:Utilize Git for version control, contributing to code management and documentation efforts.Document your work clearly to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Experience:Min 2 years of real-time experience in front-end development, particularly with JavaScript and React.js.Technical Proficiency:Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with practical experience in React.js.Familiarity with modern development tools and processes, such as Git, Webpack, and CI/CD pipelines.Experience in integrating front-end components with RESTful APIs.A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow as a developer, with a willingness to take on challenges.
