ScopeThe experienced Full Stack Software Developer position works in advanced software technologies, a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment developing truly innovative software solutions for federal and commercial customers. This position develops cutting-edge software for:

Enterprise-level web applicationsArtificial Intelligence and Machine LearningGeographic Information Systems (GIS)

AVN is seeking a Full Stack Developer with experience in the following areas:Web Application Development (Python, RESTful APIs)Relational Database Development (Postgres, MySQL)Web UX/UI Development (JavaScript, JavaScript Frameworks, HTML5, CSS)Containerization (Docker)Git Source ControlLinux Operating System

Preferred Experience:

Cloud application developmentAgile Software Development Traceability ProcessesKubernetesSystems Administration (Linux)Shell/Bash ScriptingWordPress Maintenance and AdministrationDatabase Testing – SQL Scripting/Querying (Postgres)

Experience:3+ years’ experience in Software Development
