Company Overview:We are seeking a skilled and passionate Website Developer to join our team, specializing in Webflow development. This role focuses on creating visually engaging, dynamic, and responsive websites. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, leveraging your expertise to bring high-quality web experiences to life while ensuring optimized performance across all devices.

Key Responsibilities:Website Development: Build, maintain, and optimize websites using Webflow as the primary tool.Animations & Interactions: Design and implement engaging animations and dynamic interactions to elevate the user experience.UI/UX Collaboration: Work with designers, particularly those using Figma, to translate visual designs into fully functional web pages.Front-End Development: Develop web pages using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.SEO & Google Analytics: Apply modern SEO techniques and integrate Google Analytics to track website performance and optimize for search engines.Mobile-First Development: Ensure websites are optimized for mobile devices and perform seamlessly across all screen sizes.

Requirements:Webflow Expertise: Proven experience in building websites using Webflow, including mastery of interaction and animation tools.Front-End Development: Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript for web development.SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices to ensure optimal website performance.Analytics Integration: Experience using Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting.Responsive Web Design: Experience designing websites that are fully functional across multiple devices, with a focus on mobile optimization.Figma Experience: Ability to translate Figma design files into fully functioning web pages.

Nice to Have:Experience with CMS systems like WordPress or other site builders.A portfolio showcasing past projects, with a strong focus on Webflow and web animations.

Interview Process:Stage 1: Online technical assessment (90 minutes)Stage 2: Online interview (30 minutes)
