Job Description:ARV Multimedia is seeking an experienced Node.js Developer to work on API development for our mobile app and admin panel. The developer will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining efficient and scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both MongoDB and SQL databases and experience building RESTful APIs in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:API Development:Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js to support mobile app and admin panel functionalities.Ensure the APIs are secure, high-performing, and scalable.Database Management:Work extensively with MongoDB for managing unstructured data.Integrate and work with SQL databases to handle structured data where necessary.Design optimized database schemas and perform query optimization to ensure performance.Admin Panel Integration:Develop the backend logic for the admin panel, ensuring easy management of app users, data, and functionalities.Implement role-based access control for admin users.Security & Authentication:Implement security best practices for APIs (e.g., JWT, OAuth, etc.).Ensure proper validation and error handling for secure and reliable API communication.Code Quality & Maintenance:Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.Conduct code reviews and optimize the codebase for future scalability.Collaboration:Work closely with front-end developers, mobile app developers, and other team members to integrate the APIs with the application.Communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:Technical Expertise:3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.Proficiency in working with MongoDB (including schema design, aggregation, and query optimization).Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and knowledge of their integration with Node.js applications.Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.Experience with authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.Proficiency with version control tools like Git.Additional Skills:Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Heroku is a plus.Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
