Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Fullstack Developer who possesses strong programming fundamentals and a deep understanding of front-end development, particularly in React. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions and the ability to pick up new technologies and frameworks quickly. Experience in WordPress and PHP development is appreciated but not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable web applications using React and other relevant technologies.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.Leverage your strong software engineering fundamentals to design and implement clean, modular, and maintainable code.Utilize your expertise in React to create engaging and interactive user interfaces that prioritize usability and performance.Adapt quickly to new technologies and frameworks as needed, demonstrating a passion for continuous learning and growth.Implement best practices in code organization, version control, and documentation to maintain a clean and maintainable codebase.Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

Qualifications:Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on React and front-end development.Strong programming fundamentals and a deep understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.Knowledge of back-end programming languages (Python, Java, Node.js)Experience with modern frameworks and libraries such as React and Redux.Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Understanding of server-side frameworks (Django, Spring, Express.js)Database management skills (SQL and NoSQL databases)RESTful API design and development experienceBasic understanding of web servers and hosting environmentsKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS)Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Familiarity with WordPress and PHP development is a plus but not a strict requirement.
