WinForms Developer

Our company is seeking a WinForms developer to become an integral part of our team. You will be responsible for analyzing requirements, procedures, and problems to design, automate or improve existing software solutions.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the required skills.

Please note that this is a WinForms desktop application rather than a web application.

A successful candidate should possess the following:

Responsibilities Include:

Designs or writes program specifications based on consultations.Creates test scripts and runs tests to find errors and confirm program meets specifications.Analyzes code to find causes of errors and revises programs.Writes and maintains documentation of changes to computer code, programs, and specifications.Designs and codes layouts for onscreen user interfaces, printed outputs, and interfaces with other systems.Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions with programs.Modifies and maintains software programs written by others.Participate in the Quality Assurance testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and validation of software.Works under general supervision.Document time estimates and anticipated approach for modifications, enhancements, new design.

Qualifications

C# WinForms – At least 5 years of developing WinForms applications using the C# languageVarious - 5+ years in object-oriented .NET design and developmentSQL – At least 5 years of working with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing TSQL scriptsEntity Framework – At least 5 years of working with the Entity Framework and LINQ-To-SQLWeb Services - Experience with Web Services, WebAPI, RESTful services and MicroServicesOther - Good understanding of best practices, coding methods, and data security
