The role requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow portal development, proficiency in Salesforce integration, and the ability to deliver technical solutions in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will ensure the platform is functional, efficient, and adaptable to changing business needs.Key Responsibilities:ServiceNow Portal Development: Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow CSM portal solutions to meet business needs.Salesforce Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with Salesforce using REST and SOAP web services.Business Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business needs and translate them into technical solutions.Best Practices Implementation: Implement coding standards, testing strategies, and version control to ensure the highest development standards.Technical Support: Provide technical expertise for resolving issues related to the ServiceNow portal and Salesforce integration.Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and user guides.Technology Monitoring: Stay current with updates and new features in both ServiceNow and Salesforce to ensure continuous improvement of the systems.Team Collaboration & Training: Train and mentor junior developers on best practices for ServiceNow portal development and Salesforce integration.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.Experience:3-8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CSM portal development and Salesforce integration.Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS.Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies).Knowledge of Salesforce data models, workflows, and processes.Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and integration tools (Boomi, MuleSoft).Skills:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.Industry Experience: Previous experience in the food safety or consumer products industry is a plus.
