Full Stack Backend Developer

Position: Full Stack Developer (Backend)Location: RemoteDuration: Full-Time Qualifications:Minimum of 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality, well-tested products.Advanced proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, with experience in serverless technologies, Python, and Golang.Experience with modern data stores such as PostgreSQL, NoSQL, and Elasticsearch.Strong background in Machine Learning (ML), successfully putting ML-driven products into production and providing ongoing support.Proven experience in system architecture and design, particularly in building scalable and reliable software systems.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Passionate about technology, particularly in using AI to drive positive change in law enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:DevOps Practices: Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software development and deployment, ensuring efficient and smooth release cycles.Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage and provision cloud resources effectively using IaC practices to maintain a high level of infrastructure efficiency.High-Quality Coding: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows industry best practices, focusing on performance and scalability.Data-Driven Development: Leverage data insights and customer feedback to optimize and enhance the user experience.
