A3 is seeking a .NET Developer to support a Federal client. As a .NET Developer, you will work closely with federal program team and IT contractor support team to support the goals of the program, its clients and the overall mission. In this job you willParticipate in requirements gathering and design through client meeting, interviews, and workshopsAssess and diagnose a problem and analyze the interactions between key driversDefine clear business objectives and desired outcomes to guide own work and the work of othersUnderstand tools and methodologies related to the design, configuration, building and testing of application functionalityUnderstand how to design, configure, build, and test application functionalityUnderstand technology fundamentals, including architectures, data modeling, and application development lifecycleTranslate business needs into associated technical requirements and understand solutions that will incorporate these requirementsDevelop solutions to client problems through application of methods and tools; validates solutions to subject matter expertsPossess a working knowledge of relational databases (including experience with SQLPossess excellent testing, troubleshooting, and debugging skills as well as process improvementPossess the ability to work in a fast-paced development environment, including participation in several medium to large scale projects at once, and has the demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and from scratch.QualificationsFive (5+) years of hand-on experience of experience of developing web-based applications with C# or other OO languageUnderstanding of the software development lifecycle, strong analysis skills, experience in designing, developing, implementing testing .NET based applicationsSpecific development experience with .Net Core, MVC, APIExperience with modern JavaScript libraries including Knockout.Js, React JS, Angular JS, JQuery, Ajax and JSON formatExperience with relational databases including strong SQL skills, design patterns, etcExperience developing applications based on client/server technology and/or web architecturesLeverage COTS and GOTS to rapidly deploy point solutions to frequent transition between projects and applicationsExperience working in around Federal GovernmentDesired QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer ScienceFamiliarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypescriptDoD experienceSecurity ClearanceTop SecretSalary RangeThe salary range of this position is $120,000 - $150,000 commensurate with experience and achievement
