Job Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience. Minimum 6+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a focus on backend development. Proven expertise in C and C++ programming languages. Experience with AI systems and code-generation technologies is a plus. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management or project leadership. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
