Job Title: Full Stack Developer (WordPress/WooCommerce)Location: RemoteWork Hours: 5 PM to 2 AM IST (US Business Hours)Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer specializing in WordPress and WooCommerce, with a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side deployments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing WordPress websites, managing WooCommerce stores, and creating custom plugins to address the needs of our business. Flexibility in work hours is required to ensure overlap with US business hours, fostering smooth communication and alignment with our US-based clients.Responsibilities:WordPress Development: Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites based on user requirements. Ensure the performance, scalability, and accessibility of websites are optimized.WooCommerce Expertise: Develop, manage, and enhance WooCommerce sites, including theme customization, plugin integration, and ensuring the site performs effectively across all e-commerce functions.Custom Plugin Development: Design and develop custom plugins that improve website functionality and user experience, aligned with specific project needs.Custom Theme Development: Create and develop custom themes to enhance functionality, ensuring they are tailored to meet the project's unique requirements.Front-End Technologies: Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to develop responsive, cross-browser compatible, and mobile-first designs. Ensure websites follow web accessibility standards.Server-Side Management: Handle server-side deployments, maintain server health, and ensure website security. Troubleshoot and resolve any hosting or server-related issues, including performance monitoring.Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on web development best practices and project goals.Project Management: Effectively manage timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
