Skilled in providing strategic advice, configuration, customization, integration, and technical leadership, Proficient in a wide range of Salesforce technologies like Sales, Service, Experience Cloud.Salesforce Service Cloud experience is mandatoryCreates APEX, Visualforce, Triggers, Webservice, Data Migration and other custom code to support implementation and integration of a complete Salesforce solution.Working knowledge of CTI, Omni Chat, Einstein bot are preferredWrites code and develops applications following detailed technical specifications.Submits code in central repository and writes unit test cases.
