WordPress Developer (Remote)

Location: RemoteType: Part-Time, Remote (10-15 hours per week, 6-month project)

CareerElevatePro, a dynamic non-profit organization, is seeking a talented WordPress Designer to collaborate on impactful projects. If you have a passion for WordPress design, 2+ years of experience, and can efficiently handle multitasking, this role offers a unique chance to showcase your skills and contribute to our mission.

Note: We are not currently hiring for UX/UI designers. A Certificate of Completion will be provided upon successfully finishing this project.

Key Responsibilities:Design and develop WordPress websites, including integrating features like payment systems and live chat plugins.Customize themes and plugins to align with the organization’s branding and goals.Collaborate with the team to update website content and maintain brand consistency.Optimize website performance, including SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness.Implement security measures to protect the website and user data.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or bugs efficiently.

Qualifications:2+ years of proven experience in WordPress design and development, with a strong portfolio (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).Proficiency in WordPress, including experience with payment systems, live chat plugins, and theme customization.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Strong understanding of website optimization, SEO best practices, and security protocols.Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to bring fresh ideas.Capability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Access to a fast internet connection, stable electricity, and a reliable computer.
