Job Description-

Key Responsibilities:Develop and Customize WordPress Themes: Create and modify WordPress themes based on project requirements, ensuring responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.Plugin Development: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress plugins to extend the functionality of websites.Website Maintenance and Optimization: Regularly update and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and SEO.Collaborate with Design and Content Teams: Work closely with designers and content creators to implement visual elements and interactive features that align with project goals.Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems on WordPress websites.Ensure Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.Stay Updated with WordPress Trends: Keep up with the latest developments, tools, and technologies in the WordPress ecosystem to suggest improvements and new features.Manage Hosting and Domains: Handle server configurations, domain management, and deploy websites on various hosting platforms.Implement Security Measures: Ensure that all websites are secure by implementing best practices, including SSL certificates, firewalls, and regular security audits.

Qualifications:Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP: Strong skills in front-end and back-end web development languages.Custom Theme and Plugin Development: Proven experience in creating and customizing WordPress themes and plugins.Experience with Page Builders: Familiarity with popular WordPress page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Divi.Performance Optimization: Knowledge of best practices for optimizing website speed, performance.Version Control Systems: Experience with Git or other version control systems.Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with WooCommerce: Familiarity with building and maintaining e-commerce sites using WooCommerce.Knowledge of REST APIs: Experience working with REST APIs and integrating third-party services.Familiarity with Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
