Webflow Developer

We’re seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to join our team remotely. You’ll work on building high-quality, responsive websites for tech, SaaS, and startup clients. In this role, you’ll play a key part in transforming design concepts into functional websites that are SEO-friendly, optimised for performance, and easy for clients to manage.

What You’ll Do:Develop SEO-friendly Webflow websites that are responsive and optimised for performance across all devices.Create intuitive CMS structures and reusable components to make content management easy for clients.Build templates and systems that allow clients to easily create new pages from pre-designed components.Follow the Client-First system to ensure all Webflow builds are organised, scalable, and easy to manage for future updates.Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure pixel-perfect execution and smooth functionality.Use custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend Webflow’s native capabilities and integrate third-party tools for analytics and automation.Debug and optimise websites, ensuring smooth performance across browsers and devices.

Who You Are:Advanced Webflow proficiency with a strong portfolio of responsive, high-quality websites.Experience using the Client-First system, ensuring well-structured, scalable, and easy-to-manage projects.Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom functionality.A detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys optimising websites for speed and performance.A team player, comfortable collaborating with project managers, designers, and clients.Available to work 30+ hours per week within +/- 2 hours of UK business hours.
