UX Front End Developer - Long Term Project - Remote (US/PST)Title: UX Front End Developer

Location: Remote, Preference for candidates local to Los Angeles, CA.

Duration: Long Term Project - 6+ months with possible extensions and conversion to FTE

Compensation: $70-77/hr.

Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. The Digital Experience Design practice is looking for a seasoned UX Engineer to lead the development of our newly formed Design System MVP. This design and technology framework will become the foundation of the digital product experience transformation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to architect the vision of a scalable system that can enable high quality of Design while bringing efficient and consistent product execution to deliver brand new experiences for the Online portal serving Personal, Business, and Private users.

Our team is made up of UX leaders, Product leads, Designers, Researchers, Content Strategists, Operations Leads, and Engineers. As a UX Engineer, you will be part of a Design Thinking culture where you can use your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of user-facing technologies to enable efficient, high-quality execution of premier products and features.

Preferred qualifications:5+ years of coding experience developing front end for scaled Design Systems and responsive / cross-browser compatible websitesExpert UX/Presentation layer HTML, CSS & JavaScriptExperience with progressive JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React, Angular, Mustache, Handlebars, etc.) and CSS pre-processing frameworks (Sass or Less).Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, Ruby, etc.Vast experience in developing Design Tokens and Tokens generators using Figma to rapidly build functional prototypes (Pieces of UI content in code)Advance experience with Figma and Figma PluginsPractical knowledge of version controlled user interface frameworksWrite intuitive documentation of functional code, process, and guidelines to drive how a team designs products following best practicesWorking knowledge of accessibility especially WCAG 2.1 AA standardsAbility to put the user's experience at the core of the code you writeYou are passionate about writing code that delivers tailored experiencesOur benefits package includes:Comprehensive medical benefitsCompetitive pay, 401(k)Retirement plan…and much more!About INSPYR Solutions:Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
