Position Overview:We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Ruby/Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to building and maintaining robust web applications. As a junior developer, you will work closely with our experienced developers and engineering manager to develop new features, optimize performance, and ensure the overall quality of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain our APIs.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Work with product managers to implement new features and improve existing ones.Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development.Assist in writing tests and documentation for new and existing features.Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Basic knowledge and experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails (e.g., from personal projects, internships, or bootcamps).Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and MVC architecture.Experience with version control systems, especially Git.Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.Eagerness to grow professionally and take on new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as ReactJS.Familiarity with database systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL.Knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts.Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
