Job Description:Seeking a talented Google Looker Developer to join our team in Edison, NJ. The ideal candidate will be an expert in LookML and possess strong experience with cloud-based data warehouses, ETL tools, and SQL. You will be working in a dynamic environment with a focus on developing high-quality data models and dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the ongoing optimization of our healthcare data systems.

Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and optimize LookML code and data models to support healthcare-related reporting and dashboard solutions.Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to create and maintain coding standards and style guides for LookML development.Utilize ETL tools such as Fivetran, Stitch, or Talend to streamline data ingestion processes.Work with cloud-based data warehouses like Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, or Snowflake to manage large datasets.Translate business requirements into effective and insightful dashboards using best practices in data visualization.Write and optimize complex SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.Contribute to Agile Scrum development cycles, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.Utilize Git version control to manage and collaborate on LookML development.Engage with teams to problem-solve, share insights, and continuously improve data solutions.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Looker Developer, with expert knowledge of LookML.Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Fivetran, Stitch, or Talend.Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, or Snowflake).Proficiency in SQL and demonstrated ability to write complex queries.Git version control experience.Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.Knowledge of data visualization best practices to create impactful, user-friendly dashboards.Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
