You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative features for the next generation of dialog agents, with applications spanning education, entertainment, and general question-answering. Job Responsibilities:Review and validate code and solutions generated by AI systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.Organize development cycles, manage project priorities, and set clear goals and deadlines.Use your expertise in Go programming to tackle complex coding challenges during AI validation.Foster a collaborative, innovative team environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement.Conduct validation checks to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of AI-generated code.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI system capabilities and integrate them with other components.Analyze code from team members and provide constructive feedback to maintain high software quality.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.6+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer, with a focus on backend development.Demonstrated leadership skills, preferably with experience managing a team of software engineers.Proficient in the Go programming language and best practices in software development.Experience with AI systems and code-creation technologies is a plus.Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
