Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Secure Website Developer to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for secure development and a strong understanding of security best practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure websites and web applications using a variety of technology stacks including MERN, Flutter, Firebase, Angular, and Next.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement secure web applications and websites following industry security standards and best practices. • Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers to ensure the applications are secure and user-friendly. • Perform code reviews to uphold high standards of security and code quality. • Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities in existing code and implement long-term solutions. • Maintain comprehensive documentation for coding standards, security practices, and system architecture. • Continuously monitor and enhance application performance, focusing on security and scalability. • Provide timely technical support to resolve security-related and performance issues.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). • Experience with Flutter and Firebase integration. • Knowledge of Angular and Next.js. • Strong understanding of web security concepts (e.g., XSS, CSRF, SQL Injection). • Proven track record of developing secure web applications. • Experience integrating security features into web applications. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
