
Job Description: • 5-6 years of Design and implement cloud pages, customer journeys, marketing automation, and omni channel communication in SFMC.• Solid experience in design and development of Email templates/HTML/CSS and integration.• Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.• Check and monitor the campaign delivery• Address any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign build• Plan the training and grooming of the team• Coordinate with other teams to align technical efforts with campaign objectives• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance and support• Oversee the development of campaign technologies, subscription list process• Providing training to the new joiners• Quarterly basis suggesting best practices and recommendations• Address any issues/ concerns related to Journey, Automation, Queries• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the campaign build.
