About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Actimize Developer with extensive experience in Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) and Risk Case Management (RCM) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing Actimize solutions to enhance our fraud detection capabilities. This role offers an opportunity to work on critical fraud management projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve security and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Implement and customize Actimize IFM (Integrated Fraud Management) modules to improve fraud detection and prevention systems.Configure and manage RCM objects such as Workflows, Alert Types, Alert Views, and DART reports to meet specific fraud management use cases.Develop fraud detection rules and policies using Actimize Visual Modeler for complex fraud scenarios.Design and orchestrate ETL processes using Actimize tools to ensure real-time fraud monitoring and data integration.Lead the development and deployment of CI/CD pipelines for Actimize IFM solutions, ensuring seamless updates with minimal downtime.Collaborate with business analysts to translate regulatory and business requirements into actionable Actimize rule configurations.Upgrade and fine-tune AML-IFM, RCM, and AIS components to enhance fraud detection capabilities and reduce false positives.Implement Actimize WLF (Watch List Filtering) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) modules for enhanced fraud prevention.Optimize real-time fraud monitoring systems and develop custom risk scoring models within the Actimize platform.Provide technical support, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions to internal teams to improve system understanding and usage.Utilize Bitbucket for version control and manage automated builds using Ansible for deployment and validation of new changes.Qualifications:3+ years of experience as an Actimize Developer, with a focus on IFM and RCM modules.Proven track record of implementing and configuring Actimize solutions in large financial institutions.Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development.Experience with ETL processes, DART reporting, and fraud detection rule development.Familiarity with AWS cloud services, Bitbucket, and Ansible for deployment and version control.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize fraud detection scenarios and improve system performance.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Flexible working arrangements (remote or on-site options).Career growth and development opportunities in a forward-thinking financial institution.Work with cutting-edge technology and an experienced, collaborative team.
