Full Stack Developer (Java, SQL Server, AWS)

Softcial, a premier software development company based in Costa Rica, has over 14 years of experience delivering data engineering, systems integration and software solutions to North American clients. We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, SQL Server, and AWS to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Java and other technologies. Design and optimize SQL Server databases to support scalable and reliable applications. Work with AWS to manage and deploy cloud-based services and infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of applications. Requirements: Strong proficiency in Java and experience with full stack development. In-depth knowledge of SQL Server and experience with database design and optimization. Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular (preferred). Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Strong English Communications skills (B2 conversational minimum level required) Nice to Have: Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
