Key Responsibilities:

Development:Contribute to the technical design and development of cutting-edge web solutionsEnsure the technical feasibility of functional and technical requirementsImplement and maintain robust architecture, ensuring security, code quality, reusability, and maintainability.Collaboration and Innovation:Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric products.Participate in code reviewsContinuous Improvement:Proactively identify areas for improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our development processes and practices.Foster a culture of learning and growth within the team, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience min as a Back-End Developer with a strong focus on .NET technologiesProficient in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity FrameworkProficiency with Git (Git workflows, branching, merging, and pull requests, etc.)Experience with .NET testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, MSTest, etc.)Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and ability to analyze and improve application performanceExperience with RESTful APIs and understanding of API authentication and authorization methods

Preferred/nice to have skills:

Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
