We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with +6 years of hands-on development experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform and will play a key role in shaping our ServiceNow implementations, particularly in UIBuilder and Customer Service Management (CSM). This role demands technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and seamless integration of ServiceNow with other applications.
Requirements:
+6 Years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer.Fluent EnglishProficiency in UIBuilder for building and customizing user interfaces.Proficiency in Customer Service Management (CSM) with experience managing multiple CSM instances.Conversant with HR Service Delivery (HRSD).Experience in portal development with Angular, HTML, and CSS.Strong JavaScript skills for advanced customization.Integration skills, including integrating ServiceNow with other applications using REST, SOAP, or other methods.Experience with ServiceNow APIs, including REST, SOAP, and MID server APIs.Ability to configure automated processes like workflows, business rules, scheduled jobs, and Flow Designer.Experience with Performance Analytics for data analysis and reporting.
