Role Overview:

The Senior Front-End Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for 3 Dot Digital’s technology products and services, with a primary focus on React, but experience with NextUI will also be highly regarded. Reporting to the Chief Software Architect, this role involves building high-quality responsive front-end components, maintaining codebases, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The selected individual will also have the opportunity to work with the latest front-end technologies and contribute to innovative projects that are shaping the future of our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality and intuitive user interfaces using React.Component Design: Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.Performance Optimisation: Optimise components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, back-end developers, and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices and 3DD coding policies.UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.Staying Current: Keep abreast of the latest trends in front-end development and emerging technologies.Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Why Join 3 Dot Digital?

Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React - applicants should have a deep knowledge of React state management, hooks, context etc.Proven experience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js, NextUI) is a plus.Exposure to PHP and Python is an advantage but not necessary.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience delivering real-world projects.Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end components with back-end services.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a remote setting.How to Apply:
