Job summary:
We are looking for an experienced Unity Software Developer with extensive expertise in cross-platform development and plugin integration. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing new features for the Tomplay music learning applications, enhancing app performance, and optimizing overall user experience for millions of musicians worldwide.
Along with Tomplay’s co-founders and the app developers you will work on the following tasks: · Design, develop, and implement new features in the Tomplay applications.· Enhance and optimize existing music learning features to improve the user experience.· Optimize performance across various platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS).· Collaborate with the product, design, and music content teams to refine and expand app features.· Conduct code reviews, document the codebase, and ensure adherence to high coding standards.What we require from you: · Strong software engineering background.· Deep knowledge of Unity.· Strong C# skills.· Basic Objective-C, C++, Java and JavaScript.· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an attention to detail and accuracy.· English speaking with excellent communication skills, open-minded, precise and solution-oriented. Initiative and involvement are highly valued.· You play a musical instrument and can read traditional music notation. You are also capable of managing multiple large codebases with dependencies.
